Tuition and Rates
At KinderKare Clubhouse we strive to be as flexible as possible and find solutions that work with your busy schedule to provide as many opportunities as we can for your child’s early education. Below are the current tuition rates per child:

Enrollment and Application Process
We invite you to apply for enrollment with KinderKare Clubhouse. To request space for your child, please submit the enrollment packet along with a check made payable to KinderKare Clubhouse for the $100.00 registration fee (first child) as a non-refundable deposit.

Please note that space may be limited and filling out this form does not guarantee enrollment.

You will be contacted once your child’s enrollment is confirmed. A sibling discount is given based on the oldest child Part-time availability; this is at the director’s discretion and on the available openings.

Please return your completed enrollment form to KinderKare Clubhouse at 1586 Pete Court Manteca, Ca 95337.
